Lean Construction Institute Finland has launched an e-learning course as an introduction to lean construction. AE Partners was responsible for the course’s technical implementation.
The course consists of the following parts:
- Introduction to Lean Construction
- Lean Leadership and Ensuring Value Creation
- Last Planner System in Design and Construction
- Takt Production and Ensuring a Smoother Flow
The course is video-based and includes short exercises. You can also download the course materials for personal use. You can complete the course entirely online at your own pace, even within a single workday.
